When will I receive the offer?
You will usually receive the offer either the same day or the next business day. Our sales team will verify the stock and availability with the supplier as soon as the request is received, in order to provide you with an accurate response as quickly as possible.
Is the offer binding?
No, yours is only an information request and not a reservation, so you will be absolutely free to accept it or not to confirm it; you will have no constraints on your purchase.
Will the products be reserved for me?
Products will be reserved for you only by accepting the offer and completing the order. Once payment is made, your purchase will be concluded and once the goods have arrived at our warehouses, we will promptly ship them to your address.
