Quotation requests

When will I receive the offer?

You will usually receive the offer either the same day or the next business day. Our sales team will verify the stock and availability with the supplier as soon as the request is received, in order to provide you with an accurate response as quickly as possible.

Is the offer binding?

No, yours is only an information request and not a reservation, so you will be absolutely free to accept it or not to confirm it; you will have no constraints on your purchase.

Will the products be reserved for me?

Products will be reserved for you only by accepting the offer and completing the order. Once payment is made, your purchase will be concluded and once the goods have arrived at our warehouses, we will promptly ship them to your address.

Contacts

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Bank Transfer, Satispay, and Tobacco Shop Top-Up.

How can I track my order?
After your purchase, once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Are the stated delivery times guaranteed?

The delivery times shown on the website, visible under each product, are strictly estimated and may vary, so they are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take a shorter or longer time due to various factors, such as raw material supply, supplier production workloads, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For in-stock products, delivery times in Italy and Europe generally range from 1 to 4 business days from the date of shipment, but we cannot guarantee them.

We do everything possible to ensure the fastest delivery feasible and, in the event of significant delays, our customer service will contact you promptly to provide an update.

Which couriers do you use?

We partner with FedEx, UPS, SDA, and DHL for deliveries throughout Europe.

How much does shipping cost to my address?

Shipping costs amount to €7.99 for standard shipping within Italy (€9.99 for express shipping). For shipments to active EU countries, shipping costs €13.90.

For international destinations, shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the destination and the weight of the package.

If the destination postal code incurs additional fees (for example, for remote or hard-to-reach areas), we will inform you promptly of the surcharge prior to fulfilling the order. At that point, you can decide whether to confirm the purchase by accepting the additional cost or cancel the order at no charge.

If you have any questions, our customer service team is always at your disposal.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for all orders delivered within Italy with a total merchandise value of €89 or more, calculated excluding delivery costs or other extras.

If your cart contains products totaling enough to qualify for free shipping, this option will be shown to you during checkout.

What happens if the courier arrives and I am not at home?

The courier does not make deliveries by appointment or call to announce their arrival. Using the provided tracking link, you can monitor the movement of your order and know the day it is out for delivery, during which someone's presence is recommended throughout the day.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be made, or the package may be deposited at an authorized pickup point.

If you know you cannot guarantee your presence all day, we advise leaving an order note so we can contact you to arrange a pickup point among those closest to your destination. This is a convenient and flexible solution, allowing you to collect your package during the opening days and hours of the selected point.

During the order process, you can specify the delivery address by entering your name combined with the address of the pickup point most convenient for you.

Cutipol

Hand washing - Cutipol

When hand washing your Cutipol cutlery, avoid abrasive sponges and steel wool. After use, rinse off any food residue as soon as possible with warm water and a mild, chlorine-free detergent.

Dishwasher washing - Cutipol

Your cutlery is dishwasher safe as long as you do not use detergents containing salt or limescale remover. Do not leave cutlery with food residue inside the dishwasher; if necessary, rinse it before loading or run a rinse cycle if you do not want to wash the dishes straight away. If you live in an area with "hard water" high in minerals or limescale, hand washing is preferable. Minimise prolonged contact with dishwasher steam by removing the cutlery as soon as the wash cycle ends.

Spot-free drying - Cutipol

After hand or dishwasher washing, to prevent stains (more likely on knife blades) we recommend drying each piece with a soft, dry cloth before putting it away.

Knife blades - Cutipol

Pay particular attention to knife blades. The steel that gives them greater cutting power and hardness can be less resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Make sure to wash knives immediately after use and dry them thoroughly before storing them in a dry place.

Corrosion - Cutipol

Because of the carbon content of all knife blades and the copper in the Gold and Rose Gold plating, avoid aggressive, chlorine-based or limescale-removing detergents, as they could stain or rust the cutlery. After use, do not leave it dirty for long. Rust on stainless steel can be removed with a rust remover.

Minimising scratches - Cutipol

Place the pieces carefully in the dishwasher, preferably in the cutlery basket. To avoid scratches, the cutlery should not touch each other, especially pieces with polished and gold-plated finishes. When hand washing, use a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. We recommend placing knives separately in the dishwasher.

Caring for resin handles - Cutipol

To make darker handles last longer and keep their colour more vibrant, we suggest applying a moisturising lotion or a few drops of vegetable oil. If superficial dirt stains appear, you can remove them by sanding the handle with sandpaper or another abrasive material. This applies to all models with resin handles such as Goa, Mio, Nau, Alice, Noor, Ebony and Kube.

Polishing your cutlery - Cutipol

To bring out the shine of your cutlery: mix 1 part vinegar with 8 parts hot water in a basin, immerse the cutlery and let it soak for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a lint-free cloth.

Pizza

What features should pizza plates have?

Pizza plates are ideal for serving pizza because they are usually larger, with a bigger diameter than regular plates.
A dinner plate is usually about 24-26 cm in diameter, while pizza plates range from 30 to 34 cm.
The base is completely flat to make slicing easier. Most of the time the rim is only just hinted at, just enough to hold the food while carrying it and during the meal.
These features also make them easy to wash, by hand or in the dishwasher, and to stack.
They can be completely white or have all kinds of decorations, but almost always on a white or light background.

Can a pizza plate go in the oven to reheat pizza?

The answer is "it depends". Hard porcelain or ceramic plates specifically marked "oven-safe" can also be used directly to reheat pizza or slices of it, but it is important to avoid thermal shock, for example going from the cold of the fridge to the heat of the oven, to prevent cracks.

Can I put coloured or decorated pizza plates in the dishwasher?

If the pizza plates are porcelain with underglaze decoration, yes. If they have raised decorations or metallic finishes, hand washing is recommended so that heat and aggressive detergents do not fade the design over time. With metallic finishes, be a little more gentle with the sponge, especially the green scouring side.

Did you know? 2: The anti-condensation effect

Some professional pizza plates have a slightly rough base. This creates a very thin layer of air between the hot pizza and the plate, preventing steam from making the pizza base soggy or rubbery and preserving its crispness.

Did you know? 1: Why are pizza plates white or on a white background?

White has historically been pizza makers' favourite colour because it highlights the contrast between the red of the tomato, the white of the mozzarella and the green of the basil (the colours of the Italian flag), making the pizza look more appetising.
