A round, flat, and wide plate, perfect for pizza.
The phrase "That's Amore" ("Quello è Amore") is in blue block letters with a three-dimensional effect in the center of the plate against a white background. It is arranged in two lines and surrounded by various concentric borders composed of lines of different colors, shapes, and thicknesses (yellow and black bands, black dots, and diagonal blue dashes).
Bitossi sought to inextricably link this plate to pizza by referencing the famous 1953 song by actor Dean Martin (Dino Crocetti), whose first verse goes: "When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that’s amore."In
the same way, sharing pizza on this plate is pure love.
