How can I track my order?

After your purchase, once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment in real time.

Are the delivery times guaranteed?

The delivery times shown on the website, visible under each product, are purely indicative and may vary; therefore, they are not guaranteed.
Delivery may occur sooner or later due to various factors, such as raw material procurement, supplier production load, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
For products in stock, delivery times in Italy and Europe generally range from 1 to 4 working days from the date of shipment, but we cannot guarantee them.
We do our best to make delivery as fast as possible and, in the event of significant delays, our customer service will contact you promptly to provide an update.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with FedEx, UPS, SDA, and DHL for deliveries throughout Europe.

How much is shipping to my address?

Shipping costs amount to €8.99 for shipments within Italy.
For international destinations, shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the destination and the weight of the package.
If the destination ZIP code incurs additional costs (for example, for remote or hard-to-reach areas), we will promptly inform you of the surcharge before processing the order. At that point, you can decide whether to confirm the purchase by accepting the additional cost or cancel the order at no charge.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for all orders within Italy with a product total of €89 or more, excluding delivery costs or other extras.
If your cart total qualifies for free shipping, this option will be displayed during the checkout process.

What happens if the courier arrives and I am not at home?

The courier does not make deliveries by appointment or call to announce their arrival. Using the tracking link provided, you can monitor your order’s progress and see the scheduled delivery day, during which someone’s presence is recommended throughout the day.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be made, or the package may be dropped off at a partner collection point.
If you cannot guarantee your presence all day, we suggest adding a note to your order so we can contact you to arrange a collection point near your destination. This solution is convenient and flexible, allowing you to pick up your package during the selected point’s opening hours.
During the ordering phase, you can provide the delivery address by specifying your name along with the address of the most convenient collection point for you.
